We are developing high-throughput, quantitative, unbiased methodology for discovery of endogenous phase separating proteins, mRNAs,  and epigenetic regulators.

We study the phase separation mediated mechanoregulation of cell fate, signaling, and gene expression.

We explore systematic regulation of phase separating biomacromolecules with numerical modeling and artificial intelligence, revealing its role in globle organization of intracellular molecular events.
